By attending the scheduled meeting with the artist, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully before confirming your participation.
• The meeting is by invitation or pre-approved registration only. Unauthorized attendees will not be permitted to participate.
• You must provide valid identification upon request by the artist.
• You are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during the meeting.
• Any form of harassment, inappropriate behavior, or disruption will result in immediate termination of the meeting without further engagement.
• The artist reserve the right to end the meeting at any time should they deem it necessary.
• Any private discussions, plans, or sensitive information shared during the meeting must be kept confidential unless explicit permission to share is granted by the artist or their management.
• Recording, live streaming, or sharing of the meeting (audio or video) without prior approval is strictly prohibited.
• Photos and videos may only be taken with the prior consent of the artist or their team.
• Any content captured during the meeting is for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes without written permission.
• The artist reserves the right to request the removal of any unauthorized media from social platforms.
• You are required to follow all health and safety guidelines as instructed by the artist
• You must adhere to any local regulations concerning COVID-19 or other public health concerns, including proof of vaccination or a negative test if required.
• If you are feeling unwell, please inform the artist’s team as soon as possible to reschedule if feasible.
• You acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and accept all risks associated with the meeting.
• The artist will not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property during the meeting.
• The artist or their management reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the meeting at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, such as illness, emergencies, or scheduling conflicts.
• In the event of cancellation, You will be notified as soon as possible, and attempts to reschedule will be made.
• The artist may or may not accept gifts from you, this will be at the artist’s discretion. The artist must buy a monumental gift for you and a fan card signed by him and present it to you upon arrival.
• Autographs, if permitted, may be limited to a specific number of items. The artist or their team will inform you of any limitations.
• Fans under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, unless otherwise specified.
• The parent or guardian is responsible for the conduct of the minor during the meeting.
• The artist’s management may involve third-party representatives or security staff to ensure the smooth operation of the meeting and privacy must be maintained.
• You must comply with any instructions given by the artist
• By meeting with the artist, you grant the artist and their team the right to use your likeness, image, or voice in any photography, video, or media taken during the event for promotional purposes.
• If you do not wish to be included in media, please notify the artist prior to the meeting.
• These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time. Any updates will be communicated to you before the meeting.
